SCCA has developed an exciting Athletics Department. Currently, we are playing Girl's varsity and junior varsity volleyball, Girl's varsity basketball, and Boy's varsity and junior varsity basketball.

We are a part of the Sunshine Christian League South District, and play against other Christian schools in the Central Florida area. At the end of the season, the North and South Districts meet to compete in the State Tournament. Our teams make it to the State tournament almost every year.

We desire to use athletics to teach sportsmanship, teamwork, work ethic, and self-control. Coach Chad Perdue, who is also the pastor of Bethel Baptist Church, is head coach of the boy’s and girl’s basketball teams. Coach Krista Berghammer is head coach of the Girl’s Varsity Volleyball team, and assist with the Girl’s Basketball team. Our team of coaches teaches these important values, while always working with our teams to be competitive in the game. We want to be the best, without sacrificing our values.
